Anthony is an eclectic and widely experienced hospitality professional. Working with two celebrated brands. Anthony has gained over 18 years of experience within the hospitality and event planning industry. Starting at a young age, Anthony worked alongside his family at their restaurant and held multiple positions, gaining him a well-versed knowledge of the culinary industry. At age 18, Anthony switched gears and became a trader on the Wall Street Commodities Exchange; where he quickly excelled as a seat holder for the next 25 years. With the passion for hospitality burning in his mind, Anthony left his Wallstreet career and joined the Marriott team at their premier location, Marriott Marquis in Time Square. Working through the ranks, Anthony became the Director of Food and Beverage for the Princeton Marriott.
Following his tenure as the Food and Beverage Director, Anthony stayed with the Marriott firm and moved to Naples to head the Event Services team at the JW Marriott Marco Island. It was at this position where Anthony refined his skillset to allow him to manage multifaceted events and bring dreams into reality. Working with local event vendors for the last four years, Anthony has established a core team that will bring any event to life. His passion for hospitality and dedicated mindset creates the perfect marriage for Anthony to manage 4 Seasons Catering & Events.
